News and Notes, October Edition

Apologies again for being late on this, and for not having a Mini-Comic a Month Challenge up for the second time in a row. I got sick twice in October, went out of town, had some personal stuff going on and was busy making t-shirts. So blogging hasn't really been on the top of my mind, y'know? Anyhoo, here's what's been going on.

• Rob Clough reviews Kyle Nolan's Brain Dead Phylum.
• There's been a lot going on in the world of Noah Van Sciver lately (such as appearing in MAD Magazine), so I'll just straight up link to his blog.
• Sam Spina has released his Xeric-winning comic Fight and his non Xeric-winning comic Spinadoodles Year Two. Both are most excellent, and the Year Two book has a comic with me in it! Also, Denver's Westword newspaper interviewed Sam.
• Here's an interview with Nick Marino.
