News and Notes, February Edition

•  In the must have missed it category: Chris Tupa has a new mini-comic out. Perfect for kids!
• The Poopsheet Foundation reviews Candy or Medicine Vol. 16.
• Hic & Hoc Publications gives Candy or Medicine Vol. 16 a shout out on tumblr.
• Speaking of Hic & Hoc, Emi Gennis is editing an anthology of theirs about unsolved mysteries. See the call for submissions here.
• Optical Sloth reviews Sam Spina's Grandma Stories.
• You'll find Emi Gennis and Noah Van Sciver on The Comics Journal's Top 30 Minicomics of 2011.
• Kyle Nolan made a new mini, titled Bed Bug #1.
• Sam Spina and Noah Van Sciver did some jams with Lonnie Allen.

News and Notes, December Edition

Sorry for a lack of updates. I've had a lot going on recently. I'm hoping to have a best of 2011 list and some previews of Volume Sixteen up soon. Anyway, here's what happened in December:

• Noah Van Sciver covers That Salty Air and shows some pages of The Hypo
• Josh Bayer and Pat Aulisio cover Defenders 80
• William Cardini has a new comic out, which is reviewed by Optical Sloth
• Rob Clough reviews Jason Viola & Sam Spina
• Patt Kelley covers Silver Surfer 8
• Finally, Kyle Nolan shows off his Candy or Medicine shirt!

(Super Late) News and Notes, September Edition

Sorry about the delay, but real life has got in the way (hey, that rhymes!).

• High Low reviews Kyle Nolan's Brain Dead Phylum #1 and #2.
• Noah Van Sciver was at SPX.
• Sam Spina has released the Xeric-winning FIGHT and Spinadoodles Year Two.
• Candy or Medicine t-shirts will be ready soon. Maybe as early as Monday. There are various color combinations and sizes available. I will most likely print a couple to have on hand, then take pre-orders for various combinations. Let me know if you want one and what you want it to look like. They will be $10 shipped.

Yours will look better than this, I promise.
